Terrible estate, mate.
The ULTIMATE estate for the user is this (tested ALL player's homes available):

Move it from your Data folder, load the Save, Save, exit, move it back to your Data folder.

Make sure nothing is in Lakeview Manor you want and no followers are in there or assigned to it as home. Go into your Skyrim SE data file and delete the Hearthfires.esm file. Load up your last save and wait for 31 days, Save again. Run the Steam file check and it will redownload Hearthfires and you can start anew.

However, if you want to avoid "possible" problems with your save, use Elysium Estate like the above poster suggested. I use Elysium and Eli's Breezehome in my games. But you may like Lakeview Manor or want to live there for role play reasons.

Nah I use Lakeview and Hearthfire extended I got like 15 people working for me it is like a village.I have seen Elysium and is in the middle of nowhere with no view no servants .Ofc I got Breezehome Eli but it is too small for me now.

That's a darn good reason. I'd like to see that. I never have built my own home in Skyrim. I think I may try it. It just might be rewarding and have my character lord over his/her underlings.

Once built, you cannot undo it. All information is baked into the save. In addition, you should never remove DLCs or mods (except purely texture mods) from an ongoing game. The only way to rebuild a Hearthfire house is to go back to a save from before it was built. See:

Applies to SSE as well.

If that's the case, then I apologize for posting incorrect information.
