Does dark brotherhood remove potential quests?
I did first quest and I couldn't interact with npcs in normal way. I had these assassins lines only available.

Should I do dbh quests very last?

Btw second quest is really idiotic. Why should I take that woman words as granted? I could kill innocent people. Is this brotherhood pretending to be vigilante guild or they just act for money for anyone? If it's second option then I don't need to read any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ excuses.

Go see Narfi in Ivarstead first and do his quest. Other than that the darkbrotherhood quests wont interfere with anything else.

Dead allready. It's my foult really because I just pick insane amount of quests instead finishing 1 at time. And you can't abandon so it's like going 20 lvls back in save game. Anyway doesn't matter I'll complete rest then.

There are no major quests that will be messed up, but there are a handful of the Misc. Quests, like Narfi, that are. They aren't a big deal, but you can always look them up as you get targets and see if you should do some other quests first.

I'm on last quest and I just don't want to kill emperor.

Whole guild was nothing but morons in first place. I had to do all work while they were sitting with their lazy ass giving me orders. And then stupid Astrid got me allmost killed.

So now I'm basically only one who is working for stupid brotherhood (except that stupid grandma). Whole journey has been nothing but 1-man nonsense operation.

♥♥♥♥ the dark brotherhood. Bounch of useless ♥♥♥♥♥.

You should have killed them then and not join them. You could have just killed Astrid in that shack and then get a quest to butcher the rest.

I will on my next playtrough when I try mods. How did I know they were bounch of ♥♥♥♥♥ morons? And this stupid game actually wanted me to kill Astrid? I just wanted to leave that ♥♥♥♥♥ suffer.

Only good thing from all of this is that I didn't kill Cicero. I just wish he used dynamite instead knife.

You can only kill him if you don't join the brotherhood.

Heh you will also hate joining the dawnguard then, Isran talks down to you like you're a chump and the game forces you into only being able to make the stupidest decisions. They don't even help you during your quest to stop this looming vampire threat. In fact during a quest where you need to track down a moth priest to read an elder scroll the leader of the dawnguard outright tells you that "you're on your own". There are other examples of this throughout skyrim which will irritate you probably.

As for the Dark Brotherhood, well a red flag for me is the fact that often before you begin their quest you encounter their assassins trying to murder you before you even join. You never find out why as the note never says who performed the black sacrament and worse yet you can't ask about it when you do join.

yep they are morons I mean they sent killers for my head I kill them every time .... and somehow they don't think: hell nobody coming back from this mission maybe we should let it slip, but nooo the keep sending them.

The Doosh Brotherhood in Skyrim is definitely not as fun as it was in Oblivion. And yes, they're basically lazy kill-for-coiners. I mean, you can let the Aretino thing go for a whole game-year, givng them plenty of time to respond, and get the same 'rumor" from Winterhold to Markarth about him, which means EVERYONE in Skyrim knows about it, but they get upset when you finally step in and do the job. Pfft. It's not like they were busy.

I had no qualms about killing the Emperor, though, since he signed the White-Gold Concordat and then got upset when Skyrim wanted to secede - just like Hammerfell did and it was A-OK.

Isran thinks everyone's an idiot. That's just who he is. He's got a mad-on for Vampires and doesn't want to hear about the roads they built or the charity balls they've thrown or the Tarts on Carts program they have - he wants them dead. D-E-D dead.

But then town guards talk down to you, even if you're a Nord.
"Let me guess, someone stole your sweetroll."
N**ga please, I'm wearing the bones of a Dragon I killed while your candyass ran away, and I can breathe fire, do I look like someone that gets their Sweetroll stolen? I think not, B**CH.

The Vigilants aren't much better with their "Stendarr forgives: we don't" routine which makes them sound like fundamentalist radicals.

But I'd love to join the DB while carrying a stack of notes from the 20+ Assassins they sent after me, throw them in Astrid's face and tell her "you're going to tell me who these came from or I'm going to send you to Sithis right here, right now." and then go find this person and deal with them directly.

At least they give something useful for you to assist your job unlike brotherhood. Enhanced Dwarven Crossbow is the medieval equivalent of a sniper rifle allowing you to one shot most enemies with a sneakshot from extreme ranges and it won't require much practise due to low arrow drop rate and instant fire. (Enhanced) Steel Crossbow is also the only ranged weapon your followers can use as they will never use any regular bows you give them(they just use their poor default bow).

True, I do like the crossbow, still it just seems silly that you do all the footwork and the "dawnguard" only rushes in at the very last moment when your victory is pretty much assured by that point. You also have no real option to tell serana to piss off or even to kill her (which subsequently would jockblock Harkon's plans) I got nothing against the character per se, but when trying to play a hardline vampire hunter and then being the one who gives into her plans and then needing to vouch for her when you don't even know her. Worse yet taking a vampire all the way to her home while she has an elder scroll on her back, and never once thinking to yourself "yeah no, we're going to fort dawnguard"

And you don't even need to use Auriel's Bow to kill Harkon so the whole questline for obtaining it was kind of pointless. The job could have been finished right at the begining if game just allowed it.
