Skyborn Altar Completely Broken (CTD every time)
So, every time I travel to Skyborn Altar, as soon as the dragon lands, my game CTD. Is there a console command that can just complete the quest for finding the word of power there? Also, what word of power is there? This is a game breaking bug until I can complete this and I'm not sure how anyone is playing Skyrim SE beyond the point of this happening as it totally breaks the game. Please help if you can this is really stupid and annoying.

The third word of Frost Breath. Who sent you there?

Arngier. As soon as I get there my game shuts off.
Looking for the string in the console for skipping this quest by way of completion and for the code for the word of power.
Also I only have the first word of frost breath.

Hopefully you have a save from before you accepted the hint of a word quest. You could try using the console command SetStage FreeFormHighHrothgarA 20, without the accompanying SetLocationCleared ######## 1 command, and see if it'll clear this time around, FPSDragon.

Yeah, that's just me looking at my own personal notes where I wrote down what I got from where. The correct answer should just have been.. one of the Frost Breath shouts. :-)
So I disabled every mod I had and it still happens.

Not a good idea and pretty pointless unless you're starting a new game. Did you try the setstage command?
Yeah it passed it but the game is still broken for me for some reason if I go there.

That, unfortunately, can happen at any location in the game. Not very often but it does happen and it's usually because of something we've done in game. Why? Because we're allowed to do more or less whatever we want and the writers haven't always got our actions covered. It happened to me recently at Windstad Manor and previously, many many game hours ago, at both Markarth and Windhelm. I know what caused the Windstad problem but I'll be blowed if I could ever put my finger on what had gone wrong at the other two locations. Good luck now.
