Fur armor perk question
I'm thinking about wearing fur armor for my hunter character, but is there any replacement for the fur helmet? Fur helmets just look so stupid. I am using the matching set perk so I need something compatible with the rest of the set.

Thanks in advance to the person who answers the question.

From Skyrim:Skyrim - UESPWiki - Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages
A Set is Matching if the four pieces of worn armor (armor, helmet, gloves, boots) share the same material. Shields of all types match all armor.

No mods please.

Forsworn headdress or Skaal Hat

Then you're SOL, since Fur Armor is it's own set IIRC. If you're not planning on wearing a full set of matching armor, most of the vanilla armor perks are pretty useless honestly.

Damn, well thanks for all the help. At least I won't waste any time researching the matter.

Why are you opposed to mods anyways?

Without mods, only the fur helmet matches the fur armor. With mods there are many solutions. Get a mod that hides the helmet, get a mod that has a different looking fur helmet (I have one, and I know of one other), get a mod that fiddles with the helmet in other ways.

But without mods, as I said, only the fur helmet matches the fur armor.
