Report a translation problem
A Set is Matching if the four pieces of worn armor (armor, helmet, gloves, boots) share the same material. Shields of all types match all armor.
Then you're SOL, since Fur Armor is it's own set IIRC. If you're not planning on wearing a full set of matching armor, most of the vanilla armor perks are pretty useless honestly.
But without mods, as I said, only the fur helmet matches the fur armor.
