how to use scrolls

I have no idea how to use scrolls are you suppose to equip them or something?

just select scroll, you will have magic in right hand, press f1 to aim and shoot

On a PC
Hit Q to get your Favourites menu
Select(click on) a Scroll that you previously Favourited from your Inventory
Q to return to the action
Use left mouse to aim and fire like a projectile(ranged) weapon
Hold until spell completes
Repeat for additional favourited scrolls

I rarely use them except for the mass paralysis one in vampire caves. I believe you just select it from your inventory and cast it like any other spell. I had to hold the mouse button down for several seconds the way you do with charging a spell before casting,

Select it from your inventory, like you would select any weapon, and it will act as though you selected a spell to use. Use it the same way you would any other equipped spell. I don't use many scrolls, especially at higher levels, but a few healing scrolls and conjuration scrolls are always good to have on hand, in case you need help or a heal when you're low on magicka. I also have been known to give them to prisoners I'm freeing. It's fun to watch that stormcloak prisoner-in-rags pop out a frost atronach, which immediately punches out one of the thalmor justiciars.
