But if you enchant items with fortify smithing enchantments, they stack, and they also stack with the potions.
There's a set of armor that, by wearing a set number of pieces from it, gives a 10 point boost to enchanting ( whoopee doo ) available on Solstheim.

even made enchant for alteration power, desttuction power, illusion power
you can buy them at the misc tab of the blacksmithing station any for that matter
and even disenchant them and craft some better yourself.....

power = magnitude is increased
means if you use that ring of detsruction all those spell do more dmg depending on the power increase.
for illusion in increasse the level the illusion spells work.
with that illusison enchant your calm and fury, even will work at higher level/difficuklty depending on how much the illusion power is...
the first bought follow the standard in game scaleing of 12% on the bought one and 8% as base for the enchant....
