stuck at level 1. what's going on? why am I stuck at level 1?
I haven't gained any expierence all the way up to riverwood. I heard this might be some mod problems so I disabled all of them. Why is this happening?

You really need to post which mods you were using and also your sorted Load Order for anyone to be able to know where to start with helping you. It won't be me, though, because it's time for me to climb the wooden hill. Zzzzzzzzz..... Good luck and all.

I keep running into people that just bought the game and installed mods without even playing it.

nah I know how to play, I know how leveling works. I disabled all mods and ♥♥♥♥ but it still wont level me.

You need to go to upgrade, and then choose health, magica or how muts you can run. It's not that hard again.

Nah ♥♥♥♥ dude, my bar just isn't progressing at all. it's literally 0.

While you're doing some abilities like sneaking, using one-handed sword... etc you gain EXP. Once you gain all the required EX points to level up, you need to go to the skill tree (TAP + W) then you'll be given a choice to increase the points of one of the three bars (HP/SP/Stamina) And once you chose, you level up.

Alright I know how leveling works. That's not what i'm saying.

My EXP is bugged and won't progress AT ALL.

First, save your game then as a test try console commands:

player.advskill marksman 100000

as well as

player.advskill speechcraft 100000

The marksman one should actually level your archery to level 100. For speech it won't go quite as high (speech seems to require more exp for some reason). If you do not gain any levels from these commands then you'll need to restart, something broke.

levelling is useless anyway ! i am looking for any way to disable it as i am fed up with every npc levelling up more than me for every level ! Even the mud crabs are wasting my frost thrall !
Sadly Bethesda seem great at making games but even better at ruining them by messing up the balance with updates

Mudcrabs do not level with the player, they come in only three varieties:

Also, Bethesda hasn't changed any balance with their updates. The updates haven't made significant changes to the game since 2012.
