Ordinator Mod - Timed Block Perk.

The description of this perk is simple enough.

When blocking, if an enemy hits you during the first second of the block, I block 30% extra damage and stagger everyone in melee range, if I do not time it there´s a 2 sec cooldown.

But there´s two ranks of this, what does the second one do? 2 second timed block window? +60% damage? 1 sec cooldown?

I unlocked that perk and it's very fun (the "slow-motion" time in blocking and the benefits of the block), but I haven't unlocked the second. I don't really care, I'm a "melee" attack Nord, I'm keep slashing 'n hacking with my (72d!) sword, while my three companions keep "firing" with 2 dozen magic wands I have given to them...

I do look forward to trying it out properly, but dangit, i do wonder what that 2nd bit does...
