need help with skyrim crash in redwarter den

alright so everything has been running just fine i've put in a ton of time onto this name i've been playing and just recently started dawnguard. i joined volkihar and i'm on the red water den mission when all of a sudden in like the last room i start crashing every five seconds. I've got no idea why and I've tried to find crash logs with LOOT and enabled the papyrus logs but I can't find the problem. I've got better vampires installed but that's the only thing I could think that might be crashing me. since this is effectively the first game i've played on the computer i'm not even entirely sure I'm looking at the actual crash logs in LOOT and I admite I basically know nothing about figuring out what is causing the crashes. any help at all is appreciateed.
