Where to find Legendary Dragons?

So I have this one achievement left and finally made it to level 78 where they should start to appear. Is there any location where I have the best chance of spawning a Legendary Dragon?

need to be lvl 30 or higher to get them then they will pop up randum just like normal dragons you fight

afaik there's a chance of legendary dragons appearing from lvl 78 but at lvl 80 they will appear. Bit like the chance of vampires appearing at lvl 8 and then appearing at lvl 10 onwards. Just keep playing and you'll get your cheevo :-)

Arcwind Point is a spawn point for them, after level 78 as said above. That's where I found mine in Oldrim.

You don't find the legendary dragon. The legendary dragon find you.

As soon as I hit level 78 a Legendary Dragon took to attacking Raven Rock. So, that's another spawn point.

Shearpoint is always where I've ran into them (even before 78 on original Skyrim, but on SE haven't yet at prior to 78).

Try LegendaryDragons.com .... or there's a shop on the Uxbridge Road that sells them.

Shearpoint still holds true in SE but can't confirm if they'll show up 'early' like they did in original.

I found out about this location accidentally. I had a mod home near that word wall, and commonly at a certain level, instead of a frost dragon, there'd be a frost dragon, Sparrow (leg.dragon), and sometimes a 3rd one.
