Keep getting spawnkilled

Here is my problem. I pickpocketed the Talos worshipper in Whiterun on the way to Dragonborn. Now all the guards kill me on sight. I entered Dragonborn and now I get killed within about 5 seconds when I respawn. I can't load back to the Whiterun, because it won't let me. Is there anyway I can fix this?

That'll get you out alive. Don't go back for a couple of weeks.

Looks like you're not continuing the story for a while, then. Just go find some bed somewhere and sleep for a couple of ingame days

Always have a save from before you start doing anything illegal.

I go another way: clear all guards and calm the Jarl, then proceed normally. It all started like this: I was on the bridge near battleborn farm for sightseeing. Three imperial soilders showed up and demanded me to leave. I thought how the hell they had the rights to order me to do anything so I ignored them. Then they attacked me but I killed them all. Then whiterun guards started pursuing me and I just killed them as well. Now killing guards has become my monthly activity.

There are usually more than one way to accomplish things in Skyrim. Even though gurads will attempt to arrest you on sight, the Jarl won't. So if you can deal with all guards sneathly that should work too.
