Amulet of Akatosh

I checked the wiki to see where they could be found. Sometimes general merchants and jewelry merchants may have them and occasonally Stormcloaks and Imperial soldiers will have them.

I am almost at level 49 and have not yet found any of the Amulets of Akatosh. I need to find at least three to finish off the shrine base in the hearthfire homes.

Yes, I know that I can use player.additem to add them to my inventory.

What I really want to know is if there is anyone else that has had trouble finding this amulet?

If you keep looking at what your enemies are carrying, after you kill them, you will find them, also look in general stores like Belethor's, they stock amulets as well.

I have found enough to do the shrines, so they are there.

I loot everything and everyone I find or kill, and I've checked the merchants including Belethor. Still have not found one in close to playing 500 hours with one character. I know they are out there, just haven't found one yet.

I seem to have trouble with the Amulet of Kynareth for whatever reason. The RNG gods are unkind sometimes.

Radiant Raiment in Solitude has a better than usual selection of amulets if you're looking to buy.

Well me too, I have only found two amulets of Kynareth, and one amulet of Dibella.
