just wanting to know how much effort i should put in to maxing smithing / enchanting early doors to get twin chant custom armor
Custom parts - Without DLC and any dirty trick, each part add 40% One-handed damage. Four parts (Neck, arms, finger, feet) add 160% total. Or let's say 2.6x damage. But Fortify One-handed doesn't effect dagger damage. I can only combine it with the Backstab perk, deal 2.6 * 6 = 15.6x damage with a sword stealth attack.
In old Skyrim, a dagger receives benefit from Fortify One-handed after Unoffical Skyrim Patch. Thus player custom armor set deals 2.6 * 15 = 39x dagger sneak damage. But I'm not sure if there's an unoffical patch in Skyrim SE.
Yes there is a Unoffical Skyrim Patch for SE.
Same thing. You're getting THE BEST armor... and boosting it up!
Ican understand why the gloves are absolutely a must but the rest? Surely poison resistance a boost to bow can be topped or am I wrong?
Same goes for disenchanting blade of woe then re-adding the enchant plus a 2nd enchant to say a daedric dagger?
Pick up the shrouded clothes and leave the armor where it is.
I use a bow but considering daggers are x30 damage...
