I can hear rain but I can't see it

I'm using climates of tamriel and skyrimSE Re-Engaged enb. When it rains I can hear thunder and the sound of rain hitting the ground and I can see lightning but no rain whatsoever.

If you did your "homework" and searched for any mod you'll use, you would know that CoT super HUGE WEAKNESS is the rain!!! It's almost invisible, or... "cartoonist". Although in most other conditions CoT is SUPERB... in storms & raining is SUPER WEAK (comparing to, lets say, "Vivid Weathers")...

(Btw... I'm using CoT too. Overall, is the best!)

So... you can't use ONLY CoT for perfect weather, you need a COMBO of mods.

Could I just use CoT+True Storms+TSCoT Compatibility with Skyrim SE Re-Engaged or is it recommended to have the other stuff?
