I'd definately use USLEEP if I'm doing a complete playthrough, at least I have piece of mind that the game is going to run with far fewer bugs and glitches.
How would you know you got 100% of everything? Ive got 4500 hours and have not completed everything.

You can try. There are some that are burried deep in there with several unidentified prerequisites. The best stuff is hard to miss, but finding it all in a single playthrough is unreasonable since doing one may lock another. Then there's the quests that were either never finished or removed for one reason or another. Many of which were reintroduced or finished with the cutting room floor mod. Then there's radiant quests that repeat indefinitely. Imho get your acheivements then get to modding and see why after over 5 years this game is still thriving.
I gave up on the trying to complete everything, much better to enjoy the game and not worry about stuff like that, its not a game that you can fully complete anyway, especially not in one playthrough.

I know how you feel man. I tried too on my first playthrough, but this game will break you. You'll get to the point where the most important stat is how many bunnies you've killed. The worst(and best) part is that you'll still have fond memories and want to play again. But the completionist in you will never be sated and you're going to have to come to terms with that.
