Mod to let you recover 100% of arrows?

There was one for original Skyrim just wondering if there's one for Special Edition yet or if there's any simple way I can change it in the files myself if not.

open console type help daedric 4 then use page up button untill you see the code for daedric arrows then type player.additem 0003f0b7 1000 press enter, then hit tilde key again to close console.
the first numbers are where you insert the actual code number and the 1000 is just the amount you want

You can actually edit the bow via creation kit, to fire multiple arrows. Handy if you want to spawn loads of them down on the floor. You could do the player.additem command to just amass an inventory of surplus arrows also. No mods needed.
