Chaos enchantments Vs. Elemental Fury for Dual wielding?

I've recently started up a dual wielding run and I'm looking ahead for the future and I've been wondering, although Chaos+Fire damage on both weapons is super strong, is just using Elemental Fury as good or better? Or is the DPS much lower? I've seen people use the dual fury perks combined with Elemental Fury to have crazy attack speed, such as power attacks in half a second or just holding two daggers and using your right hand attack to attack like, ten times a second. On the other hand, people have reported using Stahltrim weapons with Chaos+Fire to add like 200+ damage even without too much crazy perk stuff. So which would y'all recommend?

I use enchanted weapons and so Elemental Fury has never done anything for me. Tried it once, never again.

Yeah, cause enchanted weapons can't use Elemental Fury. That's why im trying to find out which I should get.

Stalhrim weapons w/ Chaos + Frost damage enchants. Stalhrim gives +25% effect on Frost enchants, and Chaos counts because of the Frost aspect of it. Just use another shout like Slow Time or Marked for Death. There are plenty of good combat shouts besides Elemental Fury.
