Dude, whats up with that friggin 4 iro right??? For months my 4 was my trusty, consistant 150. Now for at least 1,5 years cant hit that club for ****! It's a weird club
I've had the game for about a year and have never been able to hit the 4 iron more than 140 yards. I hit the 3 iron about 200 yards which is what I expect. So I don't have a clue what's up with the 4 iron. The 5 iron is almost as bad, but I average about 167 yards with a 6 iron. Go figure. Unfortunately the gap between the 3 and 6 irons really hurts my game.
Yup, I play this game A LOT for I think 3 years now and I can confirm almost everything you said! I can use the 5 iron occasionally but for me it sits distance right between 7 and 8 iron, so hardly ever makes sense... 4 iron is mostly total **** lol.
For between 6 iron and 3 iron though, my 3 wood does a good job! Plus you can affect distance quite a bit by moving the bal forward/backward in your stance and lofting/delofting your club by pressing your clubhandle forward or backward.
Hey a friend of mine and me play together a lot, it's really fun and laughs and we're ALWAYS looking for more players to spice it up!
Up to four players can play together, so if you're ever interested just let me know or friend-request me! We play purely fun and laughs and love for golf, so no pressure or weird fanatic ****.
Anyways, stay healthy guys!
I've wandered through all the local files that are editable (mostly xml) and haven't found any way to reset anything. I'm presuming all the club data is hardcoded. It would be nice to have an option to at least reset all the statistics. They are really unrealistic because of the data recorded during the learning curve.
Thanks for this. I created a course called Castle Coch Remastered. Which is a 9 hole par 3 course in Wales near me. I published it too.
