Mounting a rift touch to a club.
Have an old David Leadbetter swing setter with the varying magnetic weights and/or a shortened 5 wood that I want to make non permanant mounts for the touch controls, to have a true golf grip.To make a straight aligmentwith the club, the touch has to be attached along the same axis as the battery/main handle. I'm buying another 2 controls and going to drill mount it right next to the battery case into the graphite club. Or duct tape? Or any less destructive ideas?

Tried duct tape for it's adjustability. Pulled a few shots to the right and wondered if it was me or the alignment... Slowed down my swing speed, and it worked. Shot a 48 on a windy 9 holes.

Duct tape works but it keeps the touch activated and drains the battery.

Lets see some pics. I want to do the same. You can go to your local driving range and get free broken clubs to use (best Idea I had all week)

Tie wraps! Wonder if someone will come out with a peripherial that could be used for a golf club or a sword or a gun or whatever. About 24" long with some weight to it. That is my problem here as I am used to swinging a golf club that has weight at the end. It's a golf SWING not a hit and it tend to be "hitting" at the ball rather than swinging a club through it. Real golfers will relate. I've been thinking about one of those short practice clubs and figuring a way to attack a contrler to it while still maintaining a proper grip. One of the other issues here is swinging with an open or closed club face to control your shot. You can't do that with the motion controller you have to swing with your wrist turned instead of the club being turned in your grip.
