Vampire's Curse

What does this potion actually do? I had been assuming it gives a life steal effect, but I only ever use it when Im really low and I get whomped before it helps. Thing is, last time I used it, it looked like it was healing the enemies... Have I been wasting ingrediants on a negative potion?? Should I throw it at enemies and let them heal me?

Nah, it turns out that I was right. The entity effected heals enemies with their attacks. If you drink it, you heal enemies. You need to throw it, preferably at a crowd of enemies, or a strong one.
