Depth And Mask problem

I'm trying to export depth and mask with RC.
But depth values are 1.0 in all pixels.
I checked with this viewer ( https://darbyjohnston.github.io/DJV/ ).

What is wrong?

Hello dear user,
the information is there but it is just a very short representation in the histogram as it is a 32bit file. If you play around with the levels and exposure you could bring it to visible results.

Thank you for your reply.
It fails changing the levels and exposure to make visible with PhotoShop.
But I succeeded in reading the depth with Python Script.
