What happen after "Betrayal" level?

It looks like a cutscene has started playing and it instant stopped 1 second later.
I did check a random youtube Lets Play of this game and the same thing happen there. Is that intentional?
Probably not considering that now Thork is in my party.
So there was supposed to be cutscene there with him coming back and I was not even allowed to see it? What the heck
