Is Barrage invincible?

It's the character right after tri-tip. The hint keeps telling me to dodge all her combos but she breaks out the crazy anime jojo punch that's undodgeable and unblockable. What gives?

It is dodgeable but it seems to be very finnicky. I figured it would be dodged under but it seems that it actually has to be dodged far to the side.

I feels like if I try and "dempsey roll" that move than my VR headset will fly off my head and hit a wall.

Yep, that's the right idea. Lean to either side and hold the lean while she tires herself out.
