i cant hit her.. she stand super close maybe? it says to hit her when she puts her hand up.. but nothing happens.. it plays the blocked sound.. so i just die without ever hitting her.. is this a common issue?

When she raises her hand up, you'll notice a white circle appear over her face. This is an indicator that an interrupt is available on that attack. Other characters have attacks with optional interrupts which give you more stun time to deal damage, but Crimson Fang's is a special "must-interrupt" where you won't be able to do damage at all unless you hit it. Try to not punch until you see the indicator, or else the indicator will not appear at all. However, if you wait too long to punch, you'll also lose the ability to hit her. Interrupts are all about timing.

no.. it doesnt help.. i hit as soon as that circle pops up.. most of the time nothing happens

Hmmm, that's really odd. Any chance you could provide a video of this happening? An unlisted YouTube video would probably be the easiest way to share. It's not an issue we've seen before and we can't seem to reproduce it on our end, so I'm not quite sure what's going wrong.

Is it something that happens right from the start of the fight? Or does it only happen later in the fight, such as after knocking her down? Also, to clarify, you need to punch her in the face (so the center of the white circle). That's the only spot she is vulnerable during the interrupt.

I had the same problem. She is a little bit broken appartently, what helped me was to swing at her head rather then punch straight. But still i think there is a bug there.
