Beating Crimson Fang (Vid)

I see lots of people saying Crimson Fang is too hard - that they're in a deadlock without doing damage and the timer runs out.

I've whipped up a little video showing how to beat her with a series of successful COUNTERS that let you STAGGER her and actualy do damage:
