I can't get Ubisoft to respond to my case
It's been a week now and they have not gotten back to me.
I messaged them because this game i have on Steam is connected to an old Ubisoft account i no longer have access to, but they have not responded.
I sent them two screenshots that proves i own this game..

This is so frustrating. Is it too much to expect to get a respond back at least?
