DURING A FIGHT THE GAME JUST CRASHES

I am during a fight with the guards outside the Token's house (the second police quest). At some point during a fight, when there is a turn of my teammate, game just doesnt seem to pick him. It's like game understands now its craig's turn, but doesnt allow me to pick attacks, move or cancel a turn. And its always with the same character, no mattaer who I choose as the teammate. Please help, I am completely stuck.

Freezes I mean, not crushes. I tried to go back to last checkpoint but it Didn't change a thing.
