Texture Issue

I am having issues with a lot of textures, which seem to not load properly. example: https://imgur.com/a/FMkzAid

Anyone have an idea what may be causing this and how to fix it?

- Windows 11
- RTX 4070 SUPER and the newest nvidia driver (566.36)

Update: fixed by verifying integrity of game files
