Activation Key

I am confused and have heard conflicting things about the game key used to activate the game, I played it a year ago and don't remember how it works, but is there a game key for the digital copy (I need it to help locate my ubisoft account) steam makes it seem like there is in the support section, but I have seen threads where people say the isn't one. If there is I would love to know how to find it, because at this point it seems this will be the only way to find my account.

Hey there Bug_A-Boo,

This would depend on the date of purchase, as nowadays digital purchases don't tend to come with CD keys anymore, or Steam has made them unviewable.

To check though, a CD key would be found by;
- Selecting the game in your Library
- Clicking the 'cogwheel' to the right of the game page / right click the game in your library list
- Select 'Manage' then 'CD keys'

You should then be able to view your key.

If you require the key for account recovery purposes and have no key visible when doing this, please capture a clear screenshot of what you can see and send it to us via your case, as this will allow us to explore other avenues to recover your account.
