Report a translation problem
From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
After that is done start southpark and play in window fullscreen if it keeps crashing use it as windowed it wil not crash anymore.

Nope, it was only windowed or windowed fullscreen or your specs maybe../
A player workaround I found is:
Enter D-Mobile, save the game, and quit. When you open the game again, press Alt+Enter twice before going into the alley and press Alt+Tab to switch to the desktop. Use the lowest resolution possible.
