Bring the crunch dlc final girl's ult bug

Final girl's ult bug after I got the class then the game let you try their skill and show you how to play. I got stuck when I use my ult, I hit the monster and it dealt 0 damage and I can't hit more. I've tried reloading the save file, went back to previous checkpoint, hit other guy that's not the game suggestion, etc. I've done those methods several times and none of them works. How should I fix this? :(

Are you using your ultimate when prompted?

Or are you able to complete the battle without it?

Do you have another save file you're able to test with at all too?
