The game wont open

I bought both game last sale and and first game plays fine but fractured but whole wont even open for some reason. All i get it this error message with a ubisoft icon (the procedure entry point cef_visit_web_plugin_info could not be located in the dynamic link library) I tried redownloading it and verifying files but nothing has worked yet .

Hey there Sunbro, thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you can't get The Fractured But Whole to start up. I'll be happy to help you solve this.

Most issues starting up our games are solved with the steps in the troubleshooting guide[ubi.li]. You've already verified the game files, which is great - you can skip that one. Note for future reference that reinstalling and verifying do largely the same thing, so one or the other is fine for troubleshooting :)

In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've got your graphics drivers and Windows install fully updated, and you've (at least temporarily, for testing) deactivated all background programs.

If it still doesn't work, let me know, and I'll have some further ideas to try

Thanks turns out i just needed to re download the Ubisoft launcher
