Steam has a support article here showing how to change languages in games on this platform. We've also got one for Ubisoft Connect here[www.ubisoft.com], but it shouldn't be required in this case.
If English isn't listed as an option, it could be that you've purchased a regional copy of the game. Some regions have versions of our games with fewer languages, and the available languages will always be listed on the Store before purchase. If you'd like to double-check this, I recommend reaching out to our support teams, at the links below, as they'll be able to have a closer look at which version you've got.
