I'm sorry, I can only reply in English but I see your issue is about the DLC not working.
Have you bought the game on Steam and the DLC on Steam?
If you bought the DLC from somewhere else like the Ubisoft Store, it won't work with the Steam version. We can refund the purchase if it was bought on our store.

If you've purchased both DLC and the base game on Steam, the game should be working correctly. Did you notice it being updated after purchasing the DLC? Do you see the DLC on the game page as owned?
To make sure you have all the files needed, please try completely reinstalling the entire game including the DLC.
