Stuck in Tweak's Basement?

HI all, I was wondering if anyone else ran into this 'bug' .
In between missions, I had just acquired the Fartcoures skill and was testing it with The Kite when I ended up on top of Tweak's coffee and found a hatch to drop down inside, which I did. However once I got in, I can't seem to get back out. I can climb back up the ladder but I can't reach the hatch to the roof and the other way is blocked by something that appears to require Captain Diabetes to move, except when I use detective mode, I only have the option to summon The Kite. I can't figure any other way out except for re-loading a save that's about 3 hours old so I'm hoping I just missed something, aside from acquiring the summon Captain Diabetes skill. This really is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Another glitch that won't allow me to change out of my costume using the controller. It tells me to spin the left controller but my character never changes. I have to alternate pushing the A & D keys on the keybard for that to work. otherwise it just shows the L1 joystick icon spinning endlessly forever.

Hopefully they release a patch soon. I've gotten stuck in a lot of places due to controls not doing what they're supposed to since starting this game yesterday and it seems like this is stuff the dev couldn't have possibly missed. Even fight scenes where it skips over my turns over and over, letting the same enemy attack 3-4 times in a row, even though I have no negative modifiers on my characters.

Hold LT, look at the coffee grinder, press L on the d-pad, press A to push coffee grinder over.
