Does not start the game/No me inicia el juego

I need help, every time i start the game it does not open, it only appears that it is running but then it closes/Necesito ayuda, cada vez que inicio el juego no se abre, solo parece que se está ejecutando pero luego se cierra

Can you please make sure you have the new Ubisoft Connect launcher open at the same time first of all. Next can you make sure your games .exe file is set to run as administrator?

- Right click on the Steam game launchers .exe file and the South Park games .exe file and select 'Properties'
- Select the 'Compatibility' tab
- Check the 'Run as Administrator box'
- Click 'Apply' then 'OK'
- Now try launching the Ubisoft connect .exe file

Let me know what happens next after saving these settings then trying to launch the game?
