Report a translation problem
Is it possible that you're using the wrong email? Sometimes I have to re-login when there's an update or at random. And because of that, I get my email address/accounts mixed up. I sometimes forget that the email I use for UPlay is now different than the one I bound to my Steam account. When I do login into the other account, it gives me the same error as you receive.

Authentication errors are quite common as players often have more than one Ubisoft account they made and have linked their Steam purchased game to the wrong Ubisoft account.
This can be resolved by locating the original Ubisoft account you bought the game on and in some cases we can transfer the game to your preferred account after verifying you as the account holder.

A few of our games purchased on Steam will also need to be played via the Ubisoft Connect launcher.

Ubisoft support connected - if you can say so, cause they do not reply.
Provided my steam ID and receipt screen grabs, but they are not even replying "ok, thanks for that, I will check and come back" 2 days of waiting with no f****g reply from this f****g ubisoft.
Comon, how can I be polite and willing to buy your f****g games after that? I should have been smarter and find another way to play.
