South Park The Fractured But Whole

Stuck at Artifact Tutorial
I can't get past the Artifacts tutorial. It says "Press A/Space to Access Your Artifacts Slot" but nothing happens when I press A/Space. Please help. I don't want to have to refund this game as I am really enjoying it.

We're sorry to hear that was occurring for you.

Just to confirm, it shows you that you may not own the game anymore. Did you end up refunding the purchase?

If not, then the first thing we'd advise is verifying the game files. This will check for missing or corrupt files and replace them, which you can do through the steps here

I did refund the game. But, if you can guarantee a fix, I will buy it again as soon as it's back on sale.

I am stuck on this as well. But I am stuck at the cut-scene where you equip the artifact and it says you have to be level 5 to equip it. I have already verify the game files and it still isn't working.

I have refunded the game, so I can't send a screenshot, so if someone else could, this would greatly help the community. I can't wait to play it again.

Do you have any overlays running with the game, aside from the Steam/Uplay ones? I can see you have Discord, is the Discord overlay enabled? If so try disabling that, as this has been known to cause issues with inputs.

Additionally, do you have any other peripherals or controllers plugged in the PC?

Discord Overlay is not enabled.
No controllers plugged in.

Do you have Relics of Zaron DLC active?
Have you equipped any other artifacts?

Thanks for getting back to us.
Can you set up a case on our support site[support.ubisoft.com] and upload a copy of your save file.
You should be able to find your save data in the following location -
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames

Once you've done this, please let us know your case number
