Just to confirm, it shows you that you may not own the game anymore. Did you end up refunding the purchase?
If not, then the first thing we'd advise is verifying the game files. This will check for missing or corrupt files and replace them, which you can do through the steps here

As mentioned, if you are still seeing this Joshua R. 3C-61, we would still be interested in the requested information.

I forgot to mention that I did verify the game files before refund, and it didn't work.
Thank you for providing that video for us, Joshua R. 3C-61
Do you have any overlays running with the game, aside from the Steam/Uplay ones? I can see you have Discord, is the Discord overlay enabled? If so try disabling that, as this has been known to cause issues with inputs.
Additionally, do you have any other peripherals or controllers plugged in the PC?
- Ubisoft Support
No controllers plugged in.
Thanks for confirming that :)
Have you encountered any errors before reaching this point?
Do you have Relics of Zaron DLC active?
Have you equipped any other artifacts?
- Ubisoft Support
No Relics of Zaron.
I do not have any artifacts equipped.
Can you set up a case on our support site[support.ubisoft.com] and upload a copy of your save file.
You should be able to find your save data in the following location -
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames
Once you've done this, please let us know your case number
- Ubisoft Support
I zipped it in WinRAR
I've contacted the relevant team regarding this.
