Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you please try to verify your files as a first step to try to resolve this. As far as i'm aware this isn't currently a known issue so we'll try to get more info if the troubleshooting doesn't help.

I managed to fix the problem by loading an earlier save (before i entered the DLC Bus to Bring the Crunch). its not about the updates or drivers, the game has a bug that needs to be fixed internally.
I can certainly pass the details around this on to the team.

How are you getting on and have you given all of the suggestions here a try?

Reloading last checkpoint kept having the same issue but luckily you can load your last save game (autosave) and that loads up at the same point and it worked first time for me doing that.
