Season Pass issues
So, a couple of days ago I brought the Season pass because I wanted the DLC's for the game instead of buying them individually and the sale is on so I thought why not,

Anyways, got the Season Pass, opened the game. DLC's don't work; I searched everywhere, saw a few people having the issue and they fixed it after a while but not saying how..

I've contacted Ubisoft's support and not really helped that much (no disrespect haha), I've done literally everything about a million times, uninstalled the game and reinstalled, unchecked each and every DLC and then checked them again, verified the games files, restarted Steam, restarted Uplay.....you get the point. And it doesn't help that once you uncheck a dlc it doesn't update or nothing.

Can someone help me because this is seriously driving me up the wall.

We're always happy to take on any feedback you have with regard to Uplay and the organisation of the games / content you have in your library, so do feel free to drop into the dedicated feedback / discussion forums[forums.ubisoft.com] and share any ideas you have on how we could improve its functionality.

You're very welcome, and your kind words via Twitter were very much appreciated! I didn't realise we had been conversing there via DM previously, but that only makes this resolution even more rewarding for me (and hopefully yourself) as we worked towards this resolution together.

Take care, and let us know if you ever need anything else!

Yes I can do that, but I may be sounding like an idiot here but could you explain the certain screenshot you're looking for that I'm not providing?
Ubi-Woofer Dec 5, 2019 @ 3:07am
Sure, no problem. So, in your Interface settings in Steam, you can enable a unique URL bar to appear on your profile within the Steam PC client. This is effectively the same as you may use to navigate to your profile via a browser, but having it displayed inside the client itself allows us to verify a few things at once - that you can sign into the account in question, that the profile being viewed matches the account you're signed into, and that the unique ID string matches the one that your games / Ubisoft Account is linked to.

The article I previously linked you to shows a cropped version of what the ID URL may look like, but I'll again need a fullscreen image, with you having clicked on your username from the top menu to show your profile page itself rather than any purchase information. Here's[support.ubi.com] the article again in case you need it to refer to.

If you mean the one of your ownership folder - it just needs to show the contents of the folder with the full file names visible. Please don't attach the files themselves, as it is just the document name that I need!

Right-o, I think I understand that. The thing is I've always had the "Unique ID" always enabled. Also, I have attached a fullscreen screenshot of the folder you asked me to do as well--I was gonna ask if the location of the Uplay/Ubisoft launcher doesn't matter because after I was uninstalling it, I decided to re-install it in my D:\ drive.

And to question your second line; you now want me to screenshot my profile via Steam so the unique ID is showing at the top?
Ubi-Woofer Dec 5, 2019 @ 3:14am
It may be that that is enabled already, but a lot of people don't have it enabled (or have customised their IDs at any time) so I always provide the article just in case. If it's already enabled, that makes things very easy, as all we need you to do then is click on your profile name, screenshot that page, and send it to us! So yes, the image I'm after is the one of your profile with the URL bar visible, as I do see you've attached the one of your ownership folder already. Thanks for that, and for your prompt responses!

Also - it does not necessarily matter which drive you install Uplay PC on, but we would recommend installing Uplay PC on the same drive as where you have Steam PC and your games installed if possible.

Okay I have attached two new screenshots of what I'm hoping is what you NOW need haha; I went through the article and went to my profile and the activity (just in case) and screenshotted both in full not just the Steam window, I screenshotted my entire screen so it doesn't look altered or nothing. The file names on the screenshot is how my screenshotting program works (ShareX)

Edit for the second line on your comment; all my Steam games are installed on the same drive which I now have Uplay, which is the drive I said. Before putting Uplay on my D:\ drive, I used to have the games installed from Uplay to be installed on my D:\ drive as well (obviously until re-installing it on the drive.)

Yep, that's perfect! Just one last question before I begin looking further into this on our end - you mentioned before that you didn't get prompted to bind the season pass to your account. Normally, if there's an issue with the "direct entitlement" implemented by Steam, you'll receive the error described in this article[support.ubi.com]. Just to confirm, you're still able to open the game without any issues, and have no other issues than the fact that your season pass content is inaccessible?

If this is the case, could I be cheeky and ask for one (very last) screenshot of your owned content list from the library page for the game, showing that all DLCs have been installed? If you click on the game's name in your library list, you should be able to view all owned content in a list.

Yeah, when I bought the SP I didn't get a message to bind them which I did previously when I got Watch Dogs 2 (first pre-ordered via Uplay, then got the deluxe on Steam) and when I got Far Cry New Dawn on Steam but never got it on Uplay I was prompted to bind;

The game works like clockwork regardless, the game plays like it should but just without the season pass haha. And if you want the extra screenshot I am more than happy to send it regardless.

- Just skimmed through the article you posted and I don't recall ever getting that error message ever, I could be wrong tho but I don't remember getting that kind of error.

As well, I have another question actually but I'm not sure if it relates back to this or not but. I'll wait until all of this is sorted to ask that haha.

Just to say, I've attached three screenshots of the library + showing the DLCs and everything is there just in case it is needed, I'm ready haha
Ubi-Woofer Dec 5, 2019 @ 4:40am
Okay, I checked all the images and made sure everything was present and correct. Subsequently, I've added the Season Pass to your Uplay PC library, so can you please check for me if you can now see and access the DLCs?

I will check now, bare with me.

Omg you're amazing... IT WORKS!!!!! WOOOOOO

Now, there was another question I wanted to ask as well; on my Uplay library there are all the games I added from when I had Uplay+, it's a tad bit annoying because there are duplicate games and it's cluttering up my library, just thought I'd ask.
Ubi-Woofer Dec 5, 2019 @ 5:38am
Woo! That's what we like to hear. Glad to hear that the issue with the Season Pass is all sorted now. I do have my suspicions about what may have caused this, and am already in the process of reporting it forward so that we can check if there are any other players affected. To this effect, allow me to extend my thanks to you for reporting this issue here on the forums.

With regard to your Uplay+ games - though you didn't explicitly ask, I'm assuming you want to know if these subscription games can be removed from your library? If I am correct in saying this, I'm afraid it isn't possible for us to remove them from your library, or for you to remove them yourself. I imagine this is so that, should you ever subscribe to the service again, you're able to pick up where you left off without issue.

What you CAN do though, is use the "hidden games" feature in Uplay PC to at least remove them from your list, and put them out of sight. You can refer to this[support.ubi.com] support article to find out how to do that. I hope it helps!

Haha, my heart was going SO FAST when I saw the menu screen say that each DLC (the three main ones, Token's one, Kenny & Jimmy's one), never been so happy in my life haha, and I do want to say sorry if I came across a bit of an idiot, moaning etc and it's been my pleasure lol; I knew something wasn't right when I opened the game upon purchasing the Season Pass; I mean I was going through this discussion board trying to see if anyone had this issue and I think a few did but managed to sort it out without saying how they did or what actually happened if that makes sense. But overall I'm glad it's all fixed and working and I'm defo going to be going through the whole campaign again (think it's the third or fourth re-completion again lol)

Oh okay, that's no problem. I thought I'd ask and see if there was an issue but that does make sense when you think about it I guess, continuing from where you left. I think I did that for a majority of them but got bored of doing that but I did result in setting certain important games as favourites such as South Park, Watch Dogs because I do have dupes from where I've brought them via Uplay and then on Steam and so on..

Anyways, thanks again for helping me through all of this. So bloody glad this is all working again and I can finally re-play the whole game again and enjoy the game over again :)

The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
