Sorry to see you are having issues with your save game.
What is the exact error you get when trying to load the save? Or is it just not recognizing it full stop?

At the first time when I encounter the problem it says fatal error whenever it tries to save the game including auto-saves. Then I restarted the game and all save files cannot be recognized by the game.

Thanks for letting us know that the issue persists, even with all programs running with administrator rights.
I'd recommend verifying your game files within Steam first of all, and if issues persist, performing a full reinstallation of the game again. Then, once the game is reinstalled, run each involved program (the game, Steam, Uplay) with administrator permissions again.
Should issues persist, we do have an extended basic PC troubleshooting FAQ[support.ubi.com] that I'd like to ask that you complete the steps of, to eliminate the possibility of any other basic issues impacting your ability to play the game. If, once all steps are completed, you are still unable to play, please submit your MSinfo and DxDiag files[support.ubi.com] for further investigation by our support team in a new support case[support.ubi.com] on our website. We'll be happy to investigate further with you from there.
With regard to your save files, I'm afraid that if these have been corrupted, lost or damaged in any way, we would not be able to repair or recover these. The best I could recommend in such a scenario would be to start a new save game.
