Best Artifact build

I'm asking which artifact is best PER slot, not overall. You can only equip two epic ones and two normal ones or something, and my question is what order of artifacts leads to the best op build?

Working my way through the DLC atm, but for base game options;
The Ubisoft promo items have more stats than anything else so the Crystal thing, the Hidden Blade and the Tachyon thing will likely always give you better mileage than anything else for the minor slots, the 4th minor slot - the end game Elven ear artifact you get tends to have more stats than anything other than the Ubisoft ones. These focus on Knockback damage and Ultimate charging.

For Majors, I use the crafted highest level Ally Health ones.

For Epics; I like the Golden Taco from defeating Morgan Freeman and the Pozer Goblet from the Casa Bonita DLC - that one is kinda OP when paired with Root Burst

EDIT: Dang, that DLC Merit Badge Sash with the DLC ally is a very strong combo
