It’s some kind of joke, yeah? Customers from Ukrainian region can purchase game only in russian!!! In language of invaders occupants and war criminals…

You have to remember this is an old game; 2017. Why the game have Russian UI & Sub in the first place.

And this being an old game. None of the bugs or anything else is going to be updated by Ubisoft, as they do not see the profit for doing so.

AFAIK only russian language is available for ukrainians, can't even switch to english but I might be wrong

As should been allowed to pick language as I know to well this annoyance.

Is this about spoken language or written?

Menu & subtitles can be changed in the options/display-menu, audio language under audio. But I have no idea for special region-things so thats what I can see, being from sweden my default is english for everything so not used to changing around with this.

Думаю, що не має. Має же всі ігри від Юбі в нашому регіоні мають руцьке аудіо без можливості англійської

Maybe because the game is OLD! and before the whole war going on. This is Ubisoft we are talking about. You really think they are going to bother to change things (there are still bugs in the game!) or add languages to an old game without any profit to them?
I would rather try to get/mod English text & voices (as JP is not viable for me even!). Then try to complain to a wall that doesn't care.
