I am SO sorry i didn't message sooner! I have been gone from my computer for a while. I just got some quick pics and video. But im steam illiterate when it comes to posting videos and pics on here. For some added context i have completed the story in the DLC. Said wheelchair in question is the one right by the shower house. While playing the story i only moved it enough to get up the ramp. Then kept playing thinking i moved it as far as it can go. I posted two pictures in the community screen shots and on my page for public viewing. I dont know how to send the video though. But please dont feel like its a pressing thing to fix
