Neither does "beauty at any size" or any of the other nonsense out there. It's just people who can't cope with what they actually are - people who need to change their lifestyles and get healthier.

I say this as a fat dude who's aware of what he is, why that's bad, trying to do better, and lose weight.

I am still trying to figure out whom Cartman's father is lol. In "Scott Tenorman Must Die" it was determined that Cartman's mom was via having both male and female body parts stated by Manfesto. However, in episode 201 (200 and 201 are banned across the board due to making the middle east mad) Manfesto states that people like Ms. Cartman cannot impregnate themselves ( they do not know if this is fully true or not as there have only been 11 true cases of what Ms. Cartman has and none were genetically tested). So.......When I deep dove into it I did find out that it was possibly Tenorman's dad because he use to be a Denver Bronco and someone pointed out hints to it via episodes. If that is the case Cartman murdered his father and fed him to his half brother.

Edit : Deep dove more and was confirmed that Cartman is actually a Tenorman. Had to find some stuff before the ban.
