Where do you get Macaroni? I ran out of them to make the healing consumable a while ago. Are they buyable?

I wondered this myself, I think there are a set number of them around the map. It just seemed like they kept showing up in my inventory but they could easily have been coming through starndard materials looting.

there are only 10 in the game, because u can summon Moses only 10 times, so dont waste it

ya he a limited item summons, you find them hidden all around the world.

If I am not mistaken, you can buy the summons from some vending machines. :towelie:
