LAG AND REALLY BAD FRAME RATE??

So my PC fits the minimum requirements for the game and it lags on every setting:

Nividia GeForce GTX 765m
Intel Core i7 - 4700MQ CPU
8GB Ram
Windows 10

Just wondering if anyone knows the answer to this solution? Really not enjoying the gameplay at the moment because of this problem.. Really confused as my PC can play skyrim at the Ultra High setting, yet cannot play South Park on the lowest setting? Just wondering if perhaps the game maybe running on my integrated graohics rather than my GTX one? I've even made sure all my video cards are up to date (which they are) and I'm still having this problem??? HELP ME PLSSSS

Similar specs, similar issue.

My game is smooth most of the time, but occasionally, like during the backstory cutscenes, it will definitely enter slowdown mode, taking a few seconds to smooth itself back out once I have control of my character again. It also occasionally hiccups when I am putting on or taking off my costume (like for the night mission, or the next day after school, with the QTE - not in when changing them in the costume tab).

Just about every Ubi game i've played has had the issue where you need to go in and manually change it from running on your integrated graphics card. I think its somewhere in the documents - games - fbw - state config file. Still waitin gon that.

I have a gtx1060 and it was laggy. Then i realized that it was using intel hd graphics. Change it from nvidia control panel

This was a while ago but how do you FIND the graphics? Ive seen people say that you need to go to the 3D graphics but I have no idea where any of these things are?

Yeah my lag is still bad but then again I know nothing about computers so,, if anyone can help that'd be really super

nah dont change nvidia panel open nvidia and let nvidia optimize it . it will choose the perfect settings for you automatically and it shows if your pc is powerful enough or not

Im really annoying but.. Could you maybe help me figure out where to find the graphic settings? It may just be my computer, but I've looked everywhere.

Ok I found a way to fix it for me, not sure if this is what everyones problem is but for some reason using my xbox one controlelr in bluetooth mode, caused the game to be unplayablly laggy at sometimes, changing it to a usb plug in, fixed the probably instantly.

This worked for me as well. I was loosing my cool until I found your post
