So...I bought all the crafted recipes she's got, and cleared her house out. I've put all of them on in different combinations and can't figure out what I'm supposed to do here. Her dialogue when you try to take one seems to me that you're supposed to do that. Is there some other costume I need?

I apologize, but I'm trying to avoid spoilers so I'm not looking up videos or anything, as they are rarely contained to the exact single thing I am stuck on.

Can anyone tell me what exactly I'm supposed to do to get her selfie?

Very first line of my post that I bought all her recipes and put them on. Since you can't "Put on recipes" the inference I"m hoping people could make is "He bought the recipes, made them, THEN put them on"

I've done that. I figured it out anyway. You have to ONLY have her stuff on. No other makeup/eyewear/etc. ONLY items she sells.

considering that the game won't recognize artifacts you're using when you want to upgrade them (they have to be unequipped) I'm guessing the same applies here and it doesn't recognize that you've created one of her costumes if you have it equipped either.

Unequip it and try again, otherwise I'm out of ideas.

I didn't even need to wear them at all. I simply bought the witch mask and body and crafted them both, then took the selfie with her, still in my usual outfit. She said "Oh you crafted one of my outfits! I'd love to take a selfie!" or something of that nature.

Not sure what happened to you (or maybe mine was bugged lol) but yeah, weird. Glad it worked for you eventually.
