Freeman's Tacos door locked?!

Hello. I have the mission Farts of Future Past left, so I've googled that it'd be useful to visit Freeman's Tacos first to get a recipe. When I tried to do that though, I saw that Freeman's Tacos door is locked. Is that supposed to be normal? Is Morgan Freeman supposed to be somewhere else? Thank you in advance.

Just continue the story missions as usual. There is a scene in Freeman's Tacos, but after that you'll be able to trade with him. You can't fight him again until you finish the main story however.

It's just that I've heard that it's advised to buy a recipe first BEFORE doing that mission, but it's not possible to enter the store anymore. But how did they do it and I can't? :/ And I only have this mission and the Yaoi one.
