Stuck after "The Chaos Gambit" (bug?) - Spoiler ahead

After you defeat Butters dad and join the Freedom Pals, you're supposed to get the next mission. That never happend to me. I've been at Steed, since thats apparently where the next mission is taking place, but there's nothing there.
I am stomped as to what to do next. Anyone able to help?

Did you make sure to do the mission where you go to SoDoSoPa? The next quest didn't trigger for me until I went there and finished that quest

I did the mission before. The one you mention haven't triggerd. It's not in my questlog or anything :/

Did you ever resolve this? I just finished "The Chaos Gambit" and never received the next quest to start "The Samaritan Agenda" and have become stuck. I do not have a save point from before entering the freedom pals base.

Nope :/ Had to start over. The quest actually prompt before "The Chaos Gambit", when i reached this point again. I don't think i did anything different.
